IN STORE RETURNS
You may return the unused unopened item in its original packaging according to the return schedule listed below.
The original receipt, gift receipt or packing slip and a valid photo I.D. are required for all in store returns and exchanges.
ONLINE RETURNS / ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Online returns must include the original packing slip and the unused item in the original packaging in the condition that it was delivered.
The customer is responsible for any fees that are related to shipping the merchandise back to Modular Organics.
We at Modular Organics highly recommend that you ship your returns back to us using UPS, FedEx, or a similar service that offer the ability to track the shipment.
Customers may return products to local stores, but the credit or refund will not be issued until the merchandise is received at our distribution center, which may take up to 10 business days to process.

Even though we put a lot of effort into making every shipment go perfectly, it is customer’s responsibility to examine all packages and report any damage or missing boxes/pieces during order delivery. In such event, customer needs to make a written note of the issue on the delivery receipt at the time of order delivery and notify our customer service team by email within 5 days after delivery. Modular Organics will do everything needed to assist and resolve any issues in a good timely manner, but is not liable if the report isn’t provided within the allowed time frame.

To make it more convenient to our customers we have set up competitive flat shipping fees for destinations within and outside of WA state.
Please note that before orders are packed and shipped, Modular Organics reserves the right to cancel an order with a full 100% refund to the customer, in case it is determined that our freight forwarder(s) are not able to arrange delivery to the provided shipping address due to limited or no road access, extra delivery charges due to limited access areas or special vehicle requirements for the delivery, freight carriers and/or any other reason. In such case, customer will receive a call from Modular Organics, to discuss the available options for delivery or offer to cancel/refund the order. From our experience, if our carriers are not able to deliver greenhouse to limited access area, most of our customers found it most convenient to arrange the pick up of their order from the nearest carriers terminal near their address.
You may return new and unopened greenhouses to Modular Organics within 14 calendar days of delivery or pickup date.
Please note that 20% restocking fee will be applied, after items is received and checked by our representatives.
Please note that shipping and handling fees that are paid during placing of the order are non-refundable.
The product will only be accepted in original unopened boxes.
Customers that purchased greenhouses via our website or over the phone may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery if the item is not as expected. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, in an unused condition, in order for a refund to be granted. Refunds will be issued for the amount of the merchandise returned and any applicable taxes, but will not include any delivery charges associated with the original purchase.
The customer is responsible for any fees that are related to shipping of the merchandise back to Modular Organics. In case of rejecting order during transit, the customer will be responsible for any charges that Modular Organics may receive from freight company. 20% restocking fee will be applied for any refunds and returns.
No refunds or returns will be honored on greenhouses or accessories after 14 days of delivery or pickup date.
Greenhouses, as defined by Modular Organics, will include but is not limited to: greenhouse kits that consists of curved and straight framing, polycarbonate and glass sheets/panels, supporting parts, accessories, tools. This list may be modified at any time without notice, so please consult with a sales associate for further details.
It is customer’s responsibility to report any damage or missing boxes/pieces on the proof of delivery sheet (delivery sip) provided by the driver at the time of the order delivery to their address.
ACCESSORY ITEM RETURNS
Modular Organics wants our customers to completely satisfied with their purchases, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy from the original purchase date on most accessories***. Modular Organics reserves the right to modify, alter or void this return policy if there is evidence of inappropriate or misuse of the merchandise.
Accessory items that were purchased via our web site, online stores (including and not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook) be returned to one of our local stores or shipped back to Modular Organics within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- Labor, delivery and/or installation services, handling fees.
- Items that are damaged, abused or appear to be misused
- Items that are missing parts or accessories
- Items that have been personalized
- Special order items
A 20% restocking fee will applied to any item that is returned.
PROMOTIONAL PACKAGES AND BUNDLED ITEMS
If you are returning an item that included additional items as a free gift promotion, then you must return all the items received as a free gift, to receive the credit. If you do not return all of the items included with the free gift, then the cost of those items will be deducted from the amount refunded. The free gift item(s) cannot be returned by themselves for any type of credit or refund.
If you return an item that was part of a larger package or bundle of products and received a discount for purchasing the item together, the amount of refund will be discounted in proportion to the value of the product in relation to the total value of the package as a whole.
REFUND PAYMENT METHODS
Modular Organics may issue refunds in the form of a credit to the original credit card, check or in-store credit.
Items that are returned that were originally purchased with a check or cash will be issued either an in-store credit, or a check for the refund amount will be mailed to you from our corporate offices. Purchases that were made by check will be refunded once the customer’s check has cleared our bank. Cash and check returns that require a check from our corporate office may take up to 15 business days to process.
Refunds issued for returned merchandise that was purchased with a credit card will have the amount of the refund credited back to the card that was used for the original purchase. If the original card is no longer available, an in-store credit can be issued, or a check will be sent from our corporate offices within 15 business days of the return.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Customers should examine all packages for damage upon order arrival and note with the carrier driver any visible damage to the product packaging.
We put much effort into supplying faultless product and use only preferred shipping carriers that are known to take good care of the cargo during transit. If during delivery of your order any of the boxes seem to have any damage, please make sure to note it on the delivery receipt and still accept to receive the order. After boxes are offloaded and received, immediately go through all parts and inspect for damage on the boxes and their contents. We use unique reinforced packaging to provide the best protection to frames and panels of the greenhouse during transportation. In most cases even if there is a minor damage on the outside of the carton – the inside content remains well protected and undamaged.
In case any parts are damaged or appear to have any manufacturing defects (visible or hidden), please immediately make a list of parts that are damaged or missing with an item number. You can look up the part number either by looking on the sticker or locating it in the assembly manual. Then email it ASAP along with pictures and detailed explanation of the issue to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have our experts review it and all necessary replacement parts will be promptly shipped. Modular Organics is not liable for any reports received after 30 calendar days from the date order was placed.
Modular Organics reserves the right to refuse a refund without a receipt and to make changes to this policy without notice.

Q. When will my greenhouse be shipped if it was purchased “on backorder“?
Backorder means that currently we are sold out on a specific greenhouse, and do not have it available for a prompt shipment/local pick up.
Typically, once we go low on stock for particular unit, we put in a request for restocking with our production. Depending on the volume of orders/backorders, it can take between few weeks to couple months to get the item restocked and ready for shipping. We always try to get backorders filled and shipped as soon as possible. In some cases we may have your backorder shipped prior to expected date. You will be notified by email once your backorder has been shipped. If you may have any questions you are always welcome to contact our Customer Service, and we will be glad to assist you.

Q. It’s Fall/Winter season, could that affect the time when I will receive my ClimaPod Greenhouse order?
We always try to have all orders shipped as soon as possible, but during Fall and Winters seasons (March – June) there are some factors that may delay the order transit time.
Please consider additional 5-10 days for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped from our warehouse.
Given the 2020 situation with Covid-19, it is typical for shipping carriers to have limited routes which require extra time for transit of your greenhouse order.
Additionally, during Winter/Spring season we tend to have extremely high volume of orders which requires additional time for preparing and shipping.
We will do our best to have all orders shipped promptly and in the order they were received. You are always welcome to contact our sales support team to get current shipping transit estimates, status of your shipment, and tracking information.
Q. How does the greenhouse ship to me?
The greenhouse is shipped via Mainfreight, C.H. Robinson, Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, or other Ground/LTL services in 3 or more boxes. The exact number of boxes varies depending on the kit that was ordered, you are welcome to reach out to our Customer Service to receive exact details on what your order will include. No special equipment is needed to receive the greenhouse. We pack it in the way, where boxes and their contents are well protected during transportation, and at the same time so it is easy for two people to offload each of the boxes/pieces (driver will be glad to assist). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information, receiving instructions, and copy of your packing list showing how your order is packed and how many boxes it will come with.

Q. When will my greenhouse arrive at my front door?
When you submit your purchase we immediately send the request to our warehouse in Washington State from where it will be shipped. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will be submitted on the following Monday. It can take between 3-7 business days for the warehouse to prepare your order (please allow few extra days between Fall and Spring seasons, due to high volume of orders). When your purchase leaves the warehouse, please allow up to 10-14 business days to receive your order. In most cases it takes no more than 5-7 business days on average for your order to arrive to your local terminal, then our carriers will give you a call to set up an appointment for drop-off at your door.
We usually receive tracking confirmation from the warehouse within 24-48 hours of your purchase being shipped and we can send you that information upon request.
Q. Do you sell larger greenhouses than on your website?
Yes, you may request additional information on the custom larger (longer) models from our customer service representatives.
Q. How strong is a ClimaPod greenhouse?
Europe’s standards are higher than those in the US, and the TUV Europe testing lab which is equivalent to UL has tested the product and certified it as being strong and safe. The incredible strength of the greenhouse comes from its excellent engineering and the high quality of plastics and aluminum used.
Q. How much wind can ClimaPod greenhouse withstand?
Much depends on the location and what sort of wind velocity your region can get. We do know from customers that the units have withstood wind gusts of up to 80 mph winds without damage. Even in very bad windstorms, based on reports we received in nearly 10 years of selling ClimaPods, the worst that can happen to your greenhouse is that some of the polycarbonate panels are blown out which are very easy to replace. Note that for cold, high-snow and high-wind regions we recommend using our double-wall polycarbonate kits and climapod storm kit, as well as making sure all the vents and doors are shut when wind/snow is expected.
Q. What is their snow load capacity?
The load capacity is roughly 50 lbs per square foot. Never the less, we recommend that you brush the snow off the roof whenever it gets over a foot.
Q. Where should I locate my greenhouse?
The selection of a site involves taking into consideration three important factors:
- the most desirable location should be partially shaded by deciduous tree(s) or lacking shade draped with an external shade cloth over the greenhouse;
- the site should also be sheltered from the wind by a tree(s) or some other barriers;
- the site should be level and allow for good drainage.
Q. How do I secure the greenhouse?
Ideally the greenhouse should be attached to some sort of foundation, preferably something heavy/solid, in order to keep it secure.
All ClimaPod Greenhouses comes with 5″ aluminum base that can be connected to most kinds of foundations.
Q. What kind of greenhouses does ClimaPod offer?
ClimaPod Greenhouses are all glazed with premium quality Polycarbonate panels and framed by heavy duty Aluminum profiles.
Q. What is polycarbonate?
Polycarbonate is a particular group of thermoplastic polymers. Their superior features in comparison wth other polymers (temperature resistance, impact resistance and optical properties) position them between commodity plastics and engineering plastics.
Q. What makes a polycarbonate greenhouse better than a glass one?
Polycarbonate panels are virtually unbreakable. It is a great advantage, considering their longevity as well as their safety, especially crucial when younger children or the elderly are involved.
The light weight of the panels – less than 2-3 lbs – is another advantage that affects the convenience of assembly or even re-location option (assembled 9’x12′ greenhouse is less than 250 lbs).
In addition the Polycarbonate panels protect everything inside the greenhouse from the harmful UV rays, either it is shelving, pots, tools or your skin.
Q. What are Clear Polycarbonate panels?
Clear Polycarbonate panels are unique for ClimaPod Clear greenhouses. They combine the visual appearance and functional effects of glass with the advantages of polycarbonate greenhouse.
These are solid panels that have about 90% light transmission and this helps to make flowers and plants inside the greenhouse to be a part of your garden landscape. You can see everything inside the greenhouse just like through glass and your plans will enjoy maximum light exposure.
On the other hand, Clear polycarbonate panels are fully safe since they are virtually unbreakable, and their light weight makes the assembly process easier and more convenient.
Q. What sizes are available for ClimaPod greenhouses?
Hobby series come approximately with 9’ width and 12’ depth.
Spirit series come approximately with 7′ width and 12′, 14′, 21′, 28′, 35′, or 42′ depth

Q. Is it possible to enlarge your greenhouse?
Yes, ClimaPod Greenhouses can be assembled together. As long as you secure them properly, you can put together as many greenhouses as you want.

Q. What are main advantages of Polycarbonate vs Glass?
In the last few years the glass has to a great extent been substituted by a new higher grade material – twin wall polycarbonate.
ClimaPod’s twin-wall polycarbonate offers high impact resistance, excellent heat retention and 80-90% light transmission. ClimaPod greenhouse polycarbonate sheets are designed and engineered specifically for greenhouse use.
All of our panels have UV protection on the outer side to help protect your plants from getting burnt by UV rays and prevent the polycarbonate from yellowing after many years of use. The multi-layer structure reduces heating costs in winter while minimizing excessive heat in summer. Polycarbonate has an insulating effect, so the temperature in the greenhouse will be more even and create a better growing habitat.
Q. How long will a Polycarbonate greenhouse last?
Because ClimaPod is using Polycarbonate that is UV protected, there is no yellowness, turbidity or disintegration for at least 10 years.
Q. Can the frame rust?
No. All of our kits are made of aluminum, which is rust resistant. The steel hardware parts are galvanized.
Q. How to choose a greenhouse site?
If possible, locate the greenhouse where it will receive at least 6 hours of direct sunlight during the winter months. Try to avoid a site that is completely shaded by buildings or trees. A good site would also be sheltered from high winds. Easy access and close water and electricity proximity are also important. The recommended greenhouse’ position is with its ridge running east and west so its length will face the sun during most hours.
Q. What is the return or cancellation policy?
After the order is placed, it can be cancelled or returned within 14 calendar days after purchase day with 20% restocking fee.

Q. What kind of surface does the greenhouse need?
The greenhouse must be positioned on a flat level surface. It can either be a concrete, gravel, strong wood platform, or a flat ground that was leveled carefully.
Q. How should I anchor a ClimaPod greenhouse?
The greenhouse should be anchored to a firm surface.
Q. How do I clean the greenhouse?
Use a mild detergent solution and rinse with cold clean water. DO NOT use acetone, abrasive cleaners, or other special detergents for cleaning as they can remove the UV resistant layer on the polycarbonate.
Q. How do I ask for replacement/missing parts?
We put a lot of time and effort into inspecting boxes during production to avoid having missing parts.

The solar thermostatic ventilator is suitable for automatic ventilation, air exhaust and cooling within small space. It will convert solar energy into electrical energy to meet the demand of small space’s ventilation, air exhaust and cooling through setting up a working temperature by thermostat switch. Its key value is that it can be used for 5-10 years, or even longer by your one-time investment and little maintenance, you will never need to pay for the electric bill and worry about opening or switching off the ventilator.
The solar thermostatic ventilator need to be assembled at the place where have enough sun. it is suitable for small space around 5-7 m? and several sets can be used together to have a better ventilation and air exhaust. Besides being used in greenhouse, it can also be used in machine room, mobile toilet, poor ventilated and hot small room, as long as there is direct sunlight.
High reliability, stable performance, long life, easy assembly, automatic and easy operation are the main features of the solar thermostatic ventilator.
- Choose the place to install the Solar thermostatic ventilator where is direct sunlight, try to keep the solar photovoltaic cell panel perpendicular to sunlight to receive the best light. There can’t be any shading on the solar photovoltaic cell panel surface, and it can’t be installed at low and concave place to avoid the rain water running into the ventilator through the air-bleed hole.
- Measure and cut out section with size of 267*267mm for Solar Themostatic ventilator. It is recommended using a Utility Knife to cut through the polycarbonate. Once the piece is cut insert one end of the Ventilator into the open space, support the other side of the polycarbonate with your hand, and push the other side of the ventilator through for a secure fit.
- Drill holes at the end of rods based on span size.
- Once ventilator is securely in place, add the support beam making sure bolt holes align with the ventilator holes. If not drill addition holes into support beam. (If necessary, do this for both the top and bottom support beams.) Finally bolt both ends of the support beams into the aluminum profile of the greenhouse.
- When the sun blaze down on the solar photovoltaic cell panel, if you set the temperature lower than the surrounding, then the ventilator will work automatically; if you set the temperature higher than the surrounding, then the ventilator will stop working automatically. You can set the temperature to ventilate according to your own situation. If there is no sunlight on the solar photovoltaic cell panel, the ventilator will also stop working, like when evening or the surface is covered by light-proof objects, etc.
- Clean the surface of the solar photovoltaic cell panel regularly to get better ventilation, air exhaust effect.
- Add lubricating oil at pivot of the ventilator regularly.
- Wash anti-dust net regularly. If you don’t need ventilation at all, you can cover the anti-dust net with a windproof product to stop the ventilation with outside, like plastic panel, etc.
- Don’t impact or compress with heavy or sharp objects
- Don’t throw objects into the ventilator, like thread and dust, etc.
- Keep it far away from high temperature and fire.
- Don’t throw.

ClimaPod Greenhouse Warranty
This limited warranty applies exclusively to greenhouses that were properly used and installed, as well as maintained and cleaned according to ClimaPod’s recommendations. We grant a 10-year comprehensive guarantee that covers replacement or repair of defective parts due to material or manufacturing defect. The warranty does not cover polycarbonate, transportation and improper installation. The guarantee is invalid if the greenhouse is not assembled according to our assembly instructions.
- Winter & Wind protection.
In areas where snow or wind is expected the following measures we recommend the following in order to protect your greenhouse:
– Support the ridge at the center of the greenhouse.
– Cross-tie frames/supporting beams with cables and/or rope to support integrity of the unit and prevent it from shifting during high wind storms.
– Remove larger snow loads (we suggest brushing the snow off once it gets over a foot).
– Take precautions against snow falling down, for instance from a roof or a tree.
- Polycarbonate panels.
ClimaPod’s polycarbonate panels are covered under the 10-year warranty against excessive loss of light transmission and/or yellowing of the UV-protected surface. In all cases, the surface bearing the UV protection must be the only side exposed to direct sunlight and the effects of weathering. If a faulty panel is received, the purchaser might be eligible to receive a replacement after the faulty panel along with original sales receipt is returned to Modular Organics via authorized distributor/carrier and examined by our experts. In order to qualify for replacement, the customer service must be notified through email within 3 days of customer receiving ordered items. On request of Modular Organics claimant must allow the material to be inspected on the site and/or return by mail the sheet to Modular Organics for testing. This guarantee does not cover any related transport and erection costs.
NOTE. This limited warranty does not apply to panels that have been scratched, abraded or exposed to corrosive materials. This warranty does not cover excessive loss of light transmission and/or yellowing of the surface as well as loss of UV-protective qualities due to the usage of strong cleaning supplies/chemicals or applying any substance to the UV-protected side of the panel.
This warranty does not include or cover loss due to environment conditions, severe weather or atmospheric conditions, dirt or dust depositions or any changes to the physical properties of the polycarbonate base materials. This warranty does not include or cover directly or indirectly any related expenses for disassembly, fabrication, installation, or any losses, that may be incurred as a result of the failure of the panel.
ClimaPod offers limited one-year warranty that applies exclusively to original ClimaPod accessories and covers defective parts due to material or manufacturing defect. The accessories that are covered by this warranty are Automatic Window (Vent) Openers, Louver, and Solar Powered Ventilators (Fans). This guarantee does not cover transportation and/or return shipping fees as well as unit assembly or disassembly cost. This warranty is invalid if the accessory wasn’t assemble in accordance with ClimaPod assembly instructions and/or sustained damage during installation or general usage of the greenhouse.
